The sooner we receive your financial information, the sooner we can complete your accounts and provide clarity around your tax position. Having this information early also empowers you to make confident, well-informed decisions based on up-to-date and accurate data.
If there have been any changes in your business or personal circumstances, or if you’d like a quick catch-up, we encourage you to reach out and book a consultation with the Partner or Manager assigned to your accounts.

There are 3 ways you can send us your records:

Through the Content Snare Link provided in the SQL email. This is the preferred option.

Email us your documents to records@dva.co.nz. For a copy of the queries please refer to the Content Snare Link provided.

Drop your records at the office. For this option, please contact your Client Services Coordinator.
After we've received all of your information, our goal is to deliver the drafts to you within a timeframe of 4-6 weeks. For a clear understanding of the steps involved, please see the Annual Accounts Process Diagram provided below.
